What is a Photoshop PSB file?
PSB (Photoshop Big) is Photoshop's large document format. It works like PSD, with layers and effects, but allows images up to 300,000 pixels wide and files bigger than 2 GB.
You'll find PSB files in panoramas, large-format print, billboard design and high-resolution scans - anything too big for a regular PSD.
How to open a Photoshop PSB file
Adobe Photoshop opens PSB files. Few other apps do, and their size makes them hard to share, so converting to JPG, PNG or TIFF is the usual way to view or send the final image.
